By engaging with our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Legal Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the Services after such revised Legal Terms are posted constitutes your agreement to the changes.

All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Services. Arbitration
 

If informal negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, as permitted by applicable laws.

19. SMS TEXT MESSAGING
 

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to the Services. You may opt-out at any time.

20. USER DATA
 

We maintain certain data you transmit to the Services for the purposes of managing performance. However, we are not responsible for any data loss or corruption.

21.  Refund and Cancellation Policy

We value your satisfaction and are committed to providing exceptional service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or need to cancel your order, please review the following terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations.
 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed.

If the order has already been processed, cancellations will not be given to customers.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for digital files, Training, designs, or content once they have been shared with the client. No refunds will be given for Custom AI or automation solutions after delivery.

Process for Refunds:

Provide any required documentation (e.g., proof of purchase, photos of damaged products).

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after internal approvals. 

Refund Methods:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
